Modularity, new technologies based on specific customer needs, and the possibility to design one’s own equipment are all part of our wide range of customized solutions.<\/p>\n

This is especially true in the pharma industry, where most of the technologies, machines, and accessories are designed and built starting from specific customer requirements.<\/p>\n

Our latest pharmaceutical-grade customization involved a large parts washer: a single machine to clean and dry containers with and without containment valves \/ Split Butterfly Valves (SBVs), differing in volume and dimensions. To wash accessories together with the container, we also designed and produced a custom internal washing trolley.<\/p>\n

A deeper chamber, customized nozzles quantity and positioning, specific guides to move containers inside the washer, a customized washing trolley for accessories, and a spray ball to perfectly clean and dry the container also from the inside. These are just some of the innovations our teams developed for a pharmaceutical customer, who can now reap the benefits of:<\/p>\n
