IFUs vary widely between manufacturers and are often:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Difficult to access<\/li>\n<li>Written in highly technical language<\/li>\n<li>Unrealistic given real-world staffing and time constraints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In 2026, successful departments are shifting from simply having IFUs to actively training staff on how to interpret, question, and apply them\u2014turning compliance into understanding.
