Single Chamber Ultrasonic - Wash
The 246 C ultrasonic cleaner is engineered for efficient effective cleaning of instruments, glassware, other ware and utensils used in a healthcare setting. It is designed to combine simplicity and economy of operation with a maximum of flexibility. This configuration comes standard with an automated power lid, Aqua-liftTM tray elevator, tank heater and automatic detergent injector.
With its single tray, 35 lb capacity, small footprint and easy to use interface, the 246C is ideal for small to medium sized SPD’s. The ultrasonic console is a self-contained cleaning machine, with a single washing tank, built-in detergent dispensing and storage, and top-mounted user-interface. It is comprised of a welded frame with cover panels, and a seam-welded tank/top assembly.
Highly Effective Cleaning
The unit combines an ultrasonic frequency ideal for removing heavy soil with high watt density to deliver consistently effective cleaning. An optional 10-port irrigation system helps flush debris from cannulated instruments, while a built-in chamber heater maintains the optimum water temperature for cleaning solutions.
Solid Durability
Built for long life, the unit features vacuum-brazed transducers with metal-to-metal tank bonding, a water-pressure-driven lid/basket lift with fewer parts, and a robust stainless steel frame and tank that resist corrosion and deformation over years of use.
Effortless Operation
The intuitive touchscreen combines simple single-button operation with a menu-driven system, giving easy access to wash and detergent times, water fill level, tank flush, and sensor diagnostics—all from one control panel.
Optimized Ergonomics
The standard lid and basket lift is clinician-friendly, eliminating the need to lift heavy case sets out of the chamber. A convenient toe switch allows easy lid operation, even when carrying baskets or instruments.
