PH 880.2 Series
High-capacity, modular washer
Suitable for large vessels, IBCs or high volumes of parts. Configurable spray coverage supports external and internal cleaning, with automation options for safer handling. High-containment operation is available for potent compounds / HPAPI, supporting up to OEB 5.

Full external and internal cleaning capabilities
Alongside top spray arms and rack injectors, the PH 880.2 adds bottom and side spray arms to improve coverage under parts and support shorter cycles. For large containers such as IBCs, a rotating spray lance can be inserted for internal washing and container valves can be opened and closed automatically.
Automated transport system
Move heavy loads to and from the washer with reduced manual handling. In-house solutions include conveyors and AGVs, supporting safer workflows and smoother logistics.

When standard configurations do not meet your constraints, we can adapt the design and develop a suitable setup. For instance, it has been supplied with loading and unloading doors at a 90° angle.

The B-Touch interface is structured around operator roles, so the information you need is always in focus and key actions are reachable within two clicks.
Sanitary GMP construction
Built for sanitary application in regulated environments: fully drainable designs, non-retentive surfaces and 316L stainless steel with a smooth finish. Welds are ground flush and fabrication can be documented in a complete logbook. Process-contact materials with EN 10204 traceability and USP Class VI compliant elastomers.
Modular rack exchange system
One rack base supports multiple configurations through interchangeable part holders, enabling flexible loading while minimizing space requirements for rack storage. Additional modules can be added as requirements evolve.
In-house rack design and manufacture
All pharma wash racks are designed, manufactured, and tested in-house to ensure precise fit and controlled cleaning performance. Each rack is delivered with its validation package.

Automated containment cleaning of IBCs fitted with Split Butterfly Valves. The container is opened only inside a closed washer chamber, enabling validated internal and external cleaning under full containment up to OEB 5.
