565 PLUS Series
Single Chamber Ultrasonic - Wash / Rinse
The 565 PLUS ultrasonic cleaner series is engineered to clean instruments, ranging from simple to extremely complex, through
a combination of ultrasonic cavitation, heated water, and detergent. It is designed to produce maximum capacity, in terms of both total instrument weight and maximum instrument length, and maximum throughput within a compact space-saving footprint. The 565 PLUS ultrasonics are easy to use systems, for cleaning and rinsing a variety of instruments – from heavy orthopedic sets to cannulated instruments and daVinci endowrists. The PLUS has a two tray capacity, while the PLUS3 has a three tray capacity.
Accurate Detergent Dosing
The system ensures precise, repeatable detergent dosing through an accurate flow meter, supported by a detergent filter positioned before the flow meter. A visual detergent level indicator is displayed on the touchscreen, and a reset button allows quick adjustment of detergent levels.
Effective Cleaning
The unit delivers highly effective cleaning with an integrated water mixing valve. The display allows easy water temperature control, while the PLUS3 model offers additional ultrasonic transducers and higher power.
Reliable and User Friendly
The unit features electronic water level sensors and an intuitive display for monitoring flow and information. Data can be stored via a USB port, and access is secured with password-protected levels. An optional pump enables use with a wall-mounted drain, and the powered lid supports a 70 lb tray lift capacity.
Features
Safety Glass Lid
The safety glass lid allows visual confirmation that instruments are fully submerged and can be manually lifted. It also features a damped closing mechanism for controlled and safe operation when released.
Instrument Connection Options
The unit offers multiple instrument connection options, including press-fit connections for da Vinci EndoWrist and other cannulated devices, twist Luer locks, and a flexible diaphragm for non-Luer cannulated instruments.
Controlled Access
The machine offers three login levels—User, Manager, and Technician—providing tiered security to minimize unauthorized changes.
Cycle Description
The 565 PLUS is equipped with three pre-programmed cycles, incorporating wash, detergent injection, and rinse parameters for general, cannulated, and robotic instruments.
High-Capacity Design
The 565 PLUS accommodates two trays, while the 565 PLUS3 holds up to three, each supporting a maximum load of 70 lbs for cleaning trays weighing up to 25 lbs each.
