Protect Cleaning Indicator (PCI) is a verification test that monitors the effectiveness of washer/disinfector cleaning. The indicator and holder mimic soiled surgical instrument, providing a realistic and appropriate challenge for all cleaning factors including time, temperature, pressure, detergent and enzyme activity.

Easy to use

The PCI is simple to use for daily cleaning verification by folding and placing into the holder, then clipping to a tray or basket. It can also be marked for washer number, rack level, date and technician sign off for easy documentation and reference.

Enhanced Enzyme Sensitivity

The PCI now includes more precise enzyme detection which provides more thorough and accurate cleaning verification.
