SteelcoBelimed offers single, double, and triple basin sinks to accommodate a wide range of applications and cleaning needs. Sinks can be configured with the desired cleaning tools and workflow direction to optimize clinician efficiency. An optional pegboard, along with a full portfolio of accessories, further enhances organization and productivity.

SteelcoBelimed’s processing sinks are constructed from rigid, heavy-gauge stainless steel with seam-welded components, ensuring long-lasting reliability. They are designed to withstand years of use without vibration, distortion, sagging, or other damage.

Ergonomic

Our powered, height-adjustable models can accommodate a wide range of clinician heights. Memory preset controls permit one-touch countertop height adjustment and each user may quickly customize the sink surface to fit his/her stature.

Features

Faucet Options

Each sink can be configured with up to two faucets. Options include a pre-rinse/gooseneck combination faucet, a gooseneck-only faucet, and an ON/OFF knob-controlled, tin-lined deionized (DI) faucet. All faucets mount to the backsplash.

Air and Water Guns

Air and water guns are available with coiled hoses, a hooked body design, and interchangeable tips. Both guns include mounting brackets for the wall or pegboard, and connections are conveniently mounted to the backsplash.

Versatile Drain Options

Drains are available as standard strainers or lever-operated, with adjustable-height sinks offering copper or PVC drain system.

Adjustable Height Control Panel

When configured as an adjustable-height unit, a compact control panel is mounted on the front, enabling up to four user-settable heights for customized ergonomic positioning.

Ultrasonic Basin Option

One basin can be configured as an ultrasonic cleaner. The ultrasonic power generator is conveniently located under the right-hand drain board, and a simple knob allows easy adjustment of the sonic on-time

Single Basin Processing Sink

The Single Basin Processing Sink features a standard footprint of 72.5” W x 30” D, with custom widths available from 36” (24” basin) or 42” (30” basin) up to 120”. The sink can be configured with pegboards and accessories to improve organization and workflow in the sterile processing environment.

Dual Basin Processing Sink

The Dual Basin Sink comes with a standard footprint of 96” W x 30” D, with custom widths ranging from 58” (for 24” basins) or 70” (30” basins) up to 120”. The sink can be equipped with pegboards and accessories to enhance organization and workflow in the sterile processing environment.

Triple Basin Processing Sink

The Triple Basin Sink features a standard footprint of 120” W x 30” D, with custom widths available from 84” (24” basins) or 102” (30” basins) up to 120”. The sink can be configured with pegboards and accessories to optimize workflow and organization in the sterile processing environment.
