Automation for MST-V
The TS MST-V transport system allows safe, ergonomic and easy handling of materials when using MST-V 09.02 sterilizers. Belimed’s sterilizers are equipped with a comprehensive set of manual and automated load/unload accessories, tailored to each model. These accessories are designed to enhance workflow efficiency and adapt to various load configurations. The system includes an automatic loading/unloading unit that enables fully automated handling of the sterilizer, a queue line to facilitate a streamlined process.
Optimized Workflow
The transport system, including the Queue Line, enables additional batches to be queued and loaded automatically. This maximizes the sterilizer’s throughput while freeing the transport trolley to carry other racks.
Hands-Free Operation
After docking the loaded transport cart, the batch cart is automatically transported into the sterilizer and the sterilization process starts automatically without any further input from the operator.

Compatibility
The TS MST-V is compatible with the sterilizers of the MST-V 09.02 Series and the existing TS 16 transport and batch carts.

Easy Maintenance
For cleaning or maintenance work, the automatic loading/unloading unit can be easily disconnected from the sterilizer in a few simple steps without tools.
Batch Cart Tracking System
To ensure high process reliability, the position of the batch carts is tracked by sensors throughout the entire loading and unloading process.
