Low to Medium Volume Steam Sterilizers - 6 to 12 instrument trays
The MST-V 600 Series of steam sterilizers are optimized for throughput and workflow efficiency and are most suitable for low-medium reprocessing volumes. These sterilizers allow for lean, extremely space-efficient department designs, built-in clean steam generation options, and ergonomic loading solutions.
With no side or rear access required for servicing the MST-V 600 minimizes footprint while maximizing throughput. An advanced vacuum pump and cooling system ensure minimal water consumption.
The MST-V sterilizers are available in three chamber sizes – 606, 609, and 6012. Each comes in single and double-door configurations. All sterilizers have powered stainless steel vertical sliding doors.
This series is ideal for ORs, surgical centers, and sterile processing departments.

Water-Saving Process Technology
The MST-V delivers maximum economic efficiency through advanced process technology. This reduces water consumption or allows for a higher inlet temperature of the cooling water, with the corresponding energy savings. An additional reduction in consumption is achieved by the water-saving system of the integrated and extremely low-noise water ring vacuum pump.
Loading and Unloading Automation
Our sterilizers are equipped with a comprehensive set of manual and automated load/unload accessories, designed to enhance workflow efficiency and adapt to various load configurations. The level of automation of the sterilizer can be adapted to your individual needs to ensure optimal process flow.
Process Status Visible from a Distance
Important information, such as the remaining running time, readiness for loading or unloading and warning messages, is displayed via the patented process status display.
SmartHub for a Fully-Digital SPD
SmartHub is an innovative software solution that captures all machine data and turns it into useful, well visualized information. The SmartHub web application allows real-time monitoring of all equipment and the individual cleaning and sterilization programs.
