When the interface does not adapt

Conventional machine displays are fixed in size and position. Information is spread across multiple menus, limiting the ability to see all relevant data at once. Operators often need to navigate between screens depending on whether they are monitoring a cycle, adjusting a recipe or performing setup tasks.

A configurable 32-inch vertical display

B-Touch Max features a large 32-inch vertical display that allows multiple windows to be shown simultaneously. Synoptic views, trend graphs, program management and settings can be arranged according to the operator’s activity.

Windows can be undocked and repositioned using drag and drop. The screen layout can be adjusted to suit operator height and working position, improving ergonomics during daily use. Layout preferences are saved and automatically restored at login.

Machine documentation is accessible directly on the display, and an anti-adhesive surface ensures reliable operation when wearing gloves.

Operational clarity and controlled access

By presenting all relevant information at once, B-Touch Max reduces navigation and supports faster setup and monitoring. Optional features include an intercom for double-door machines, an integrated camera for video communication and RFID-based login for controlled user access.

The result is improved ergonomics, clearer process visibility and a more intuitive interaction with the machine during operation and maintenance.
