BP 100 HE Series
Small Capacity - Free-Standing or Wall-Mounted
This series of multi-functional bedpan washers is capable of holding human waste containers commonly used in hospitals, such as bedpans, urine bottles, and suction bottles. BP 100 HE disinfectors can handle the simultaneous treatment of two urine bottles and one bedpan with lid, or up to three urine bottles.
The devices guarantee perfect hygiene to protect both patients and nurses thanks to rounded corners in the chamber and smooth edges in the internal part of the door, thus eliminating the risk of accumulation of dirt and of bacterial growth.
The BP 100 HE Series is available as a free-standing model or in a wall installation version, with manual or automatic door opening and closing.

Hygienic Design
The machine frame is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel for long-term reliability and cleanliness. Fixed and rotating nozzles provide optimum water distribution inside and outside the treated items. To reduce the risk of accumulation of dirt and of bacterial growth, the machine design features rounded corners in the chamber and smooth edges in the internal part of the door.
Wall Installation
The BP 100 HE Series of bedpan washers can be wall-mounted. This space-saving solution reduces human waste containers’ transport between contamination and disinfection areas to a minimum, thus minimizing the risk of infection.
Accessories and Complements
Our bedpan washers are equipped with a universal holder for the simultaneous treatment of different human waste containers. Other dedicated racks and holders are available to meet specific needs.
We also provide a comprehensive range of accessories, such as counters, emptiers, and wall racks equipped for drying and storage of bedpans and urinals. These accessories are paramount for a complete, efficient, and user-friendly disinfection workflow.

Processing Capacity
Simultaneous treatment of 2 urine bottles and 1 bedpan with lid, or up to 3 urine bottles.
Washing Efficiency
Fixed and rotating nozzles provide optimum water distribution inside and outside the treated items for optimal washing efficiency.
Self-Disinfecting Device
Steam is conveyed through the washing nozzles to ensure the complete disinfection of the washing circuit during each process.
Hands-Free Opening
Door opening by an infra-red sensor, allowing hands-free loading without any physical contact with the washer. Available in some models only.
Drying and Cooling Efficacy
A high-efficiency HEPA H14 filtered drying/cooling fan system provides even and fast-drying, guaranteeing rapid drying and cooling of all receptacles.
User-Friendly HMI
User-friendly control panel with LED display equipped with auto-diagnosis. It allows the optimization of the entire process through the execution of customized programs. The LCD display is available as an option.
