Compact Washer Disinfectors
The DS 50 Series of compact washer-disinfectors represents the ideal aid for the cleaning and thermal disinfection of all types of surgical instruments, with a processing capacity of one DIN tray. This series’ devices automatically execute pre-washing, washing, and thermal disinfection phases. At the end of the cycle, the instruments are ready for sterilization with no further handling.
The DS 50 Series allows a simple installation. Depending on the model, it can be installed above a counter, undercounter, and free-standing. All devices of the series provide a practical and safe solution for chemical storage, with the DS 50 HDRS model presenting a bottom basement that allocates up to two 5-liter chemical containers. The built-in water softener provides optimal cleaning effectiveness. The drop-down door, available in full-glass or stainless steel, can conveniently be used as a loading platform for an ergonomic loading and unloading process.
Hygienic Design
The washing chamber, spray arms, and tank filters are made of high quality AISI 316 L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404) for long-term reliability and cleanliness. The washing chamber has rounded edges to avoid any dirt traps, minimizing the risk of microbial growth. On the bottom and the top of the chamber, the two rotary spray arms ensure optimal cleaning efficacy.
Washing components are easy to disassemble, thus allowing for effortless cleaning and maintenance.
Integrated Chemical Dispenser and Storage System
Built-in automatic liquid dispenser for detergent. A second automatic liquid dispenser typically used for rinse aid chemicals is available as an option. Chemical tanks are conveniently integrated into the front panel and provided with a quantity inspection window. In the DS 50 HDRS model, up to two 5 lt chemical containers can be placed on the bottom basement.
Control Panel and Traceability
High safety and user-friendly soft-touch control system on glass panel with LCD color display to visualize cycle status, with up to 40 programming options.
Printer connection to monitor and validate washing phases. USB port.

Drying Efficacy
Our series of washer-disinfectors feature a built-in HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system which provides even and fast drying of surgical instruments. It allows for adjustable time and temperature settings, optimizing cycle duration and energy consumption.

Features
Efficient Washing
The combination of a washing pump – ensuring a high flow rate – with effective spray pressure guarantees optimal cleaning performance.
Thermal Disinfection
Washing and disinfection temperatures are fully adjustable up to 93°C / 199 F. Temperature is monitored by two independent sensors.
Smart Filtering System
The triple water filtering system is easily accessible from the washing chamber. It captures residue preventing re-circulation during the process and extending the pump life.
Injection Connection
Washing injection connection allowing the use of injection washing baskets sending water directly into hollow instruments.
