Washer Disinfectors - up to 10 DIN trays
The DS 610 Series of high capacity models of washer-disinfector offers the complete washing, thermal disinfection, and drying of all types of surgical instruments, with a processing capacity of up to 10 DIN trays. An efficient hot-air drying system ensures optimal drying of all instruments and tubes after the disinfection phase, thanks to the accurate distribution of air on all chamber zones and wash-cart levels. The devices are available as single or double door versions with manual (hinged) or automatic (sliding) opening.
The loading and unloading operations can be done at an ergonomic height via loading/unloading transfer trolleys.
The DS 610 Series is available in standard or “Fast Cycle” version. The latter allows to complete the cycle in 35 minutes with a substantial improvement on working efficiency and a consequent reduction of energy consumption.
The devices are equipped with a user-friendly soft-touch control system on a glass panel. The LCD color display allows to easily visualize cycle status.

Smart Filtering System
The triple water filtering system is easily accessible from the washing chamber. It captures residue preventing re-circulation during the process and extending the pump life.

Efficient Washing
The combination of a washing pump – ensuring a high flow rate – with effective spray pressure guarantees optimal cleaning performance.
Thermal Disinfection
Washing and disinfection temperatures are fully adjustable up to 93°C / 199°F. Temperature is monitored by two independent sensors.
Drying Efficacy
A built-in HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system provides even and fast drying of surgical instruments. It allows for adjustable time and temperature settings, optimizing cycle duration and energy consumption.
Traceability
Printer connection to monitor and validate washing phases. USB port for historical cycle data download and software upgrades.
