Process Chemicals for Endoscopy
Specially Formulated for AER Performances
A complete and comprehensive range of endoscopy-formulated process chemicals, ensuring efficient and type-tested performances.
Process chemicals dedicated to AERs have been developed, tested, and validated in combination with EW endoscope washers.
The use of EW endoscope reprocessors is combined with the dedicated process chemicals: type tested according to ISO 15883-4/5 for the high-level disinfection process.
SteelcoXide, with a dedicated cycle program in EW devices, complies with ISO 15883-4/5 and ISO 14937, offering the liquid sterilization claim in addition to the high-level disinfection claim.
RFID Chemical Identification
We implemented the use of RFID technology to identify the process chemicals together with the registration of their lot number and expiration date. An important safety application that keeps the process monitored and documented.
Peracetic Acid Process
Neodisher® SC designed for Steelco
This product guarantees cleaning performances and materials’ protection at low dosing temperatures.
Neodisher® Septo PAC designed for Steelco
Based on a 15% peracetic acid solution, this disinfectant has a broad spectrum of activity, providing endoscopes’ high-level disinfection and preserving material compatibility.
Hydrogen Peroxide Process
SteelcoXide-A
It is based on an alcoholic solution and needs to be dosed into EW endoscope washers in combination with SteelcoXide-B. SteelcoXide-A is the activating agent for Steelco Xide-B.
SteelcoXide-B
It is based on a hydrogen peroxide solution. The interaction between SteelcoXide-A and SteelcoXide-B allows the formation of the active substance to reach both high-level disinfection and liquid sterilization claims.
SteelcoXide-DT
It is an enzymatic detergent for reprocessing flexible endoscopes. SteelcoXide-DT should be used in combination with SteelcoXide-A and SteelcoXide-B.
Glutaraldehyde Process

Neodisher® Septo GDA designed for Steelco
A disinfectant with bactericidal, fungicidal, mycobactericidal, and virucidal activity based on glutaraldehydes.
