PSG Series
Pure Steam exactly where you need it
A compact Pure Steam Generator designed to supply Pure Steam compliant with EN 285, USP, and Ph. Eur. for sterilization processes, where central delivery of Pure Steam is not available.
Engineered for seamless integration with sterilizers, it is also suitable for SIP (Sterilization in Place) of plant equipment such as tanks, processing vessels, piping systems, filling machines and filters.
The PSG series combines reliable steam quality, fast start-up and energy-efficient operation in a compact skid suitable for new installations or facility retrofits.
Integrated or stand-alone
When integrated to a SteelcoBelimed sterilizer, the PSG operates directly through the sterilizer HMI, enabling unified monitoring of both systems. When provided as a stand-alone unit, the PSG has its own HMI.
Multi-stage separation system
Advanced microporous hollow-fiber membrane technology efficiently removes dissolved gases under vacuum, enabling compact system design and eliminating the need for thermal deaerators.
The multi-stage separator in the column removes droplets and endotoxins, delivering dry saturated Pure Steam suitable for sterilization applications compliant with USP, Ph. Eur. and EN 285.
Features
Stable sterilizer steam supply
The integrated output modulating system adapts to rapid demand changes from the sterilizer, ensuring constant Pure Steam quality and limiting mechanical stress.
Double tube sheet GMP heat exchanger
The double tube sheet heat exchanger provides full separation between plant steam and Pure Steam, while its tube-rolled joints enhance sealing integrity and ensure long-term reliability in pharmaceutical applications.
Energy efficiency and fast startup
Heat recovery from blowdown or plant steam condensate preheats feedwater, reducing energy consumption and providing fast start-up.
Maintenance-friendly design
Accessible evaporator and valves, removable sensors and dedicated ports for chemical cleaning support simplified maintenance and long-term system reliability.
