Pre-Treatment Ultrasonic Washer
The US 100/200 series of independent and automatic ultrasonic cleaning systems is designed for the pre-treatment of reusable medical devices. Ideally suited to busy departments’ needs, it is easy to install in pre-treatment areas and offers three different levels per tank. It is capable to pre-treat 3 DIN 1/1 trays – or similar size – per cycle, with 12 Luer lock connections.
The positioning of sonotrodes (transducers) has been accurately studied to evenly reprocess the whole load. Moreover, a “Powerful Cleaning Action” feature guarantees outstanding cleaning results.
The AISI 316 L stainless steel sink is designed with rounded corners to minimize water retention and stagnation points where dirt could accumulate.
"Active Flushing" Technology
This exclusive technology combines ultrasonic cavitation action with powerful flushing inside canulated and hollow instruments, thus improving the cleaning results. 4 Luer lock connections per tray level.
Optimal Performance with Validated Chemicals
The independently validated performance of our ultrasonic units is ensured when used with our certified chemical solutions, designed to deliver effective and efficient cycles. The use of non-validated chemistries may compromise cycle efficacy, affect decontamination, and risk damage to both equipment and instruments.
Chemical Dispensing System
A centralized chemical dispensing system implies cost reduction; no more need to replace small containers; risk reduction of incorrect product selection and operator exposure to spillages; the constant monitoring of consumption and of the remaining volume of chemical minimizing the risk of downtime.
Features
Integrated Chemical Dispenser
Thanks to an automatic chemical dosing system, process consistency and correct chemical dosage are achieved. A minimum-chemical-level control alarm signals the need to replace the chemicals.

To respond to the different capacity needs of our customers, the Series is available in different configurations.
Automatic Lifter
Ergonomic loading and unloading procedures are achieved thanks to a pedal for automatic lid opening / closing and tray lifting.
