Terminal Sterilization
Terminal sterilization is the sterilization of parenteral drug products in their final primary container. It requires tight control of time, temperature / F0, pressure, and heat transfer to achieve sterility without compromising product quality or container integrity. SteelcoBelimed terminal sterilizers support validated, repeatable processing using either steam-and-air mixture or superheated water, with load handling automation to sustain industrial throughput and reduce manual handling of heavy loads. For heat-sensitive formats such as BFS SVP and LVP, cycle development supports gentle processing adapted to container characteristics.
