The MST-H steam sterilizer optimizes workflow by maximizing throughput while promoting efficient use of resources. With a capacity of 16 to 24 instrument trays, it handles large loads in short cycle times. A wide range of auxiliaries allows flexible adaptation to the needs of any SPD.
Advanced process technology reduces water consumption and accelerates cycles, while high-precision milled door seals extend service life. Its low-noise vacuum pump, integrated steam generator, and stainless steel piping ensure quiet, reliable operation. Easy service access simplifies maintenance, and additional options provide maximum flexibility. The patented LED status display delivers clear, at-a-glance process information.
Economical and Efficient
Thanks to its water-saving process technology, the MST-H sterilizer achieves maximum efficiency by significantly reducing water consumption. Water usage can be further cut by up to 95% through optional connection to the building’s chilled water supply. Additional savings are achieved with the integrated, extremely low-noise water-ring vacuum pump and the standard ejector.
Steam Generator Options
Optional electric steam generators and steam to steam generators provide steam made from purified water (Clean Steam). This reduces the need for expensive chamber maintenance and extends the life of certain sterilizer components. These can be either internally mounted on top of the sterilizer or externally mounted in the facility’s mechanical space.
