LC 80 BOT

LC 80 BOT is specially designed for bed frames and operating tables. Thanks to its wide door opening of 1200mm and to its unique features, the device is optimized for the reprocessing of bulky items.

A comprehensive range of wash carts for different items, including carts with water connection to wash the items from the inside. Each wash cart is identified with a dimensional class.
Thanks to dedicated rails, it is possible to load bed frames and operating tables with ease, thus reducing burden on operators. LC 80 BOT washes/disinfects one bed frame per cycle.

The AISI 316 L stainless steel chamber is designed with rounded corners to minimize water retention and stagnation points where dirt could accumulate. In addition, a lateral tilting platform allows faster water dripping off the reprocessed carts.
LC 80 BOT hydraulic design has separate circuits for washing and rinsing with dedicated pumps in case of chemical and hybrid versions, enabling greater removal of disinfectant from the reprocessed items.

The washing chamber is equipped with multiple horizontal oscillating pipes on each side, each with numerous spraying nozzles. To ensure a complete and optimal washing of the load in all directions – top and bottom included, the nozzles spray water from four sides.
Thanks to an automatic manifold connection, carts and trolleys can be equipped with washing arms or a washing injection systems. This allows the validated treatment of surgical instruments and items with hollow surfaces, extending the trolley washer function range by making it a flexible device.

Thermal Disinfection
Water pre-heating tanks grant fast water loading at the required temperature to reduce overall cycle time. Thermal disinfection reaches temperature up to 93°C / 200°F. Once creating a new cycle recipe, it is possible to select time-temperature settings or a desired A0 value.

Chemical Disinfection
Aimed at reprocessing thermolabile non-invasive medical devices. Thanks to its pre-heating tanks it is possible to recover the disinfectant solution – and refresh it – in the next cycles. This reduces water and energy consumption. A separate circuit performs the rinse cycle to remove the disinfectant from the reprocessed items.
Compliant with ISO 15883-1/5/7.

A hybrid version is also available for CSSDs that need to reprocess both thermostable and thermolabile items.

According to the customer’s needs, it is possible to install LC 80 BOT with different systems for the automatic loading and unloading of carts and bed frames. Multiple solutions are available using conveyors, conveyor belts, or hooks.
