Terminal sterilization for injectable solutions and other pharmaceutical products that must leave the load dry and ready for handling. The steam-and-air mixture sterilization process protects pressure- and heat-sensitive materials from deformation or damage. Conveyors and robotic interfaces support semi- or fully automated workflows.
Typical loads
Suitable for terminal sterilization of a wide range of items, including:
A centrifugal fan recirculates the steam-and-air mixture around the load, guided by baffle plates, to maintain a uniform temperature. A mechanical coupling transfers power from an external motor to support high airflow and fast heat exchange.
Stainless steel cooling coils on the chamber sides speed up load cooling after sterilization. The fan recirculates air between the load and the coils for controlled, repeatable cooling.
We develop cycles around your loads and acceptance criteria, then document them in a qualification package aligned to your project scope. Risk-based cycle definition, mapping and test support help you reach a robust, repeatable process sooner.
The equipment is manufactured with proven, globally available, industry-standard components rather than proprietary parts. Original spare parts can be sourced through SteelcoBelimed with appropriate documentation and traceability or directly from original manufacturers.
SteelcoBelimed equipment for pharmaceutical applications is designed and manufactured in accordance with cGMP principles and within an ISO 9001–certified quality system. All systems are developed to meet applicable international pharmaceutical regulations (FDA, EU GMP), as well as relevant electrical, EMC and safety requirements.
