Choose sliding or hinged doors, technical-area placement and optional remote installation of the electrical cabinet. The sterilizer adapts to building constraints while keeping operation and maintenance access straightforward.

Built for sanitary application in regulated environments: fully drainable designs, non-retentive surfaces and 316L stainless steel with a smooth finish. Welds are ground flush and fabrication can be documented in a complete logbook. Process-contact materials with EN 10204 traceability and USP Class VI compliant elastomers.

Choose the right barrier for your facility: Air Differential Seal for aseptic areas, using controlled room pressure differential, or fully hermetic Bioseal for high-containment applications up to BSL-4. These seals can be fitted on one or both sides of the sterilizer for complete separation of process and technical areas.

After bio-decontamination, filtered air is injected to purge vaporized H₂O₂ from the chamber. Recirculation and exhaust through a catalyst break it down into water and oxygen for rapid removal. Residual H₂O₂ is monitored, and doors remain locked until levels are below 1 ppm for operator safety. H₂O₂ injection is controlled, monitored and recorded throughout the decontamination phase.

The onboard generator prepares the correct dose of H₂O₂ and delivers it to the vapouriser system. The Liquid H₂O₂ is delivered from a canister, which may be easily exchanged via an alcove in the facial panel from the loading side. A precise load cell verifies the consumption of H₂O₂ for each cycle and the number of chemicals left in the canister. If the level is insufficient, the process controller advises the operator to replace the canister.
