The continuous GMP washer
PH 390 is a multi-chamber GMP washer designed for high-throughput, continuous processing. An automated transport system moves racks through the chamber sequence to support consistent cycle control and material flow. The concept helps increase throughput and reduce utility consumption, supporting flexible high-throughput operations for manufacturers and CDMOs.

5 specialized modules
The PH 390 is built around five specialized modules: wash, rinse, final rinse, dry and cool. Sliding doors separate each module, and an automated transport system moves racks from one stage to the next.
In each module, the rack couples to the hydraulic or rinsing circuit to supply the injectors with water or air. Loading and unloading bays can be provided, along with automatic rack transport and return. The system can identify racks to select the appropriate cycle recipe and support full traceability.
Automatic rack identification
Automatic rack recognition helps select the correct cycle for the loaded parts, reducing setup steps and mismatch risk. Identification options include RFID, QR code or magnetic key.

Supports high-volume cleaning with a continuous rack flow to reduce waiting time between loads.
Rack return system
For a continuous material flow, racks can be returned automatically to the loading bay via an air lock.
