Pulsation single-pass final rinse
Delivers powerful rinse bursts even when the main WFI loop can’t supply peak flow – a simple, more economical alternative to a WFI subloop.
Steam injection heating
Pure Steam injected straight into the water stream cuts heating time by up to 50%. Faster cycles, lower water use – without the need for a heat exchanger.
Combined steam - air drying
By preheating with Pure Steam, parts retain thermal energy – accelerating droplet evaporation and cutting drying time by up to 75%. Particularly effective for metal parts.

Modular rack exchange system
One rack base supports multiple configurations through interchangeable part holders, enabling flexible loading while minimizing space requirements for rack storage. Additional modules can be added as requirements evolve.
Mobile vessel COP
An integrated Cleaning-Out-of-Place interface allows vessels to be docked in front of the chamber for internal washing, rinsing and drying under a full GMP cycle. The washer can therefore be used for both parts and vessels, reducing investment and floor space.
