DS Series
Flexible-layout parts washer
The DS Series is a versatile GMP washer designed to clean all production items, from machine parts and glassware to mobile vessels. With more than 400 validated options and adaptable layouts, it meets project-specific requirements without bespoke engineering. Multi-configuration racks provide flexibility while limiting the number of racks required.

Layout that fits your facility
Choose sliding or hinged doors, technical-area placement and optional remote installation of the AHU skid or electrical cabinet. The washer adapts to building constraints while keeping operation and maintenance access straightforward.
High-coverage, resource-efficient wash system
High flow rate of fluids and rotating spray arms on the top and bottom of the chamber provide uniform coverage of both processed items and the chamber, supporting consistent cleaning and drying results with optimized resource use.
Any sampling you require
A full range of sampling options for any fluid, with ports located where you need them and collection on the fascia or in the technical area. Manual or automated solutions with flushing and purging designed to meet process control and validation requirements.
Modular rack exchange system
One rack base supports multiple configurations through interchangeable part holders, enabling flexible loading while minimizing space requirements for rack storage. Additional modules can be added as requirements evolve.
Sanitary GMP construction
Built for sanitary application in regulated environments: fully drainable designs, non-retentive surfaces and 316L stainless steel with a smooth finish. Welds are ground flush and fabrication can be documented in a complete logbook. Process-contact materials with EN 10204 traceability and USP Class VI compliant elastomers.

Zero Dead Leg valve design
Valve bodies welded directly to the chamber eliminate water and chemical retention zones, improving GMP compliance and enabling shorter, more efficient cycles.
Efficient, sustainable, clean drying
A regenerative blower with variable speed drive and a choice of electric or steam air heating supports efficient, lower-energy drying. HEPA H14 filtration and low-speed idle mode deliver clean drying air and maintain overpressure to reduce backflow contamination risk.
Non-proprietary components
The equipment is manufactured with proven, globally available, industry-standard components rather than proprietary parts. Original spare parts can be sourced through SteelcoBelimed with appropriate documentation and traceability or directly from original manufacturers.
