This module provides a complete solution for managing your inventory across multiple stock locations. It supports tracking both consumable and reusable items, while ensuring that minimum stock levels are always maintained.
The system includes automatic reordering, which can be configured based on supplier agreements, such as minimum order quantities or order values. In addition, it enables inter-location transfers, ensuring smooth movement of stock between warehouses or branches.
For financial accuracy, the module also manages invoicing based on delivered items, giving you full control and visibility over your stock operations from procurement to delivery.

Request and management of loaner sets.

This module allow the hospital to request a loaner set, upon request the system is able to send a mail message to the supplier of the set, once received the set can follow the standard CSA process and when send back the system can print a decontamination document with the details of the disinfection process.

SmartHub Flow’s software architecture is based on different check-points that every instrument, tray or endoscope must succeed in order to be processed by the CSSD and move to the next area/department. When instruments move to the next area in the CSSD, the system checks whether the previous step was successfully undertaken.

As endoscopes have their own reprocessing flow this module is adjusted to specifically that need.
In combination with the SteelcoBelimed endo machines the system will automatically know the status of the endoscopes as it will receive that data from the integration with the machines.
At the same time by adding this module to your Flow system it will enable the functions that are available in the Flow solution, like priority and repair handling.
