Steam Sterilizers - 3 to 18 STUs
The high-capacity steam sterilizers of the VS and VS G2 Series are designed for centralized sterile reprocessing. Characterized by versatility, safety, and state-of-the-art technology, they represent the perfect solutions from the smallest facility to the largest CSSD, with a processing capacity of 3 up to 18 STUs per cycle. The series’ devices combine high productivity with cost efficiency, improving CSSD running costs. Leading-edge technologies for measuring steam quality and steam penetration – NCG & 4D Sensors – are available as an option.
A high-quality AISI 316 L squared chamber minimizes dead space for optimal loading and throughput. The chamber jacket ensures fast heating and reduces cycle times and areas of potential condensation. High-quality AISI 316 L steam process circuits guarantee long-term reliability and steam cleanliness.
Thanks to the Advance Eco Options, unrivaled levels of efficiency can be achieved, whilst reducing energy and water consumption. Operating costs per load are also low, assisting our customers in their goals toward environmental and economical sustainability.
Safety, Design, and Strength
The sterilization chamber and the steam process piping are made of high-quality AISI 316 L stainless steel, a guarantee for long-term reliability and steam cleanliness. Easy to remove and refit CFC-free thermal insulation isolates the acid-proof stainless steel chamber and piping. With the ease of service in mind, most piping is connected using stainless steel tri-clamps, and principal components such as the vacuum pump are installed on sliding rails.
Cycle Traceability
The VS and VS G2 Series of steam sterilizers are compatible with SmartHub software for management and traceability. Our software solutions instantly display and store your sterilizers’ performance, cycles performed, and consumption. In addition, through SmartHub Flow you can track the localization and status of your sets and instruments through each stage of reprocessing.

Multiple Loading Options for VS G2 & VS Series
Our range of steam sterilizers includes loading racks, systems for stacking baskets and containers, transfer trolleys with adjustable height, conveyors, and pass-through hatches to improve the efficiency of the CSSD. Further improvements can be achieved through the “Easy Load System” accessories for stackable loads, which eliminate the need for loading racks and pass-through hatches or windows.
ATS Shuttle
Automation can support hospitals and CSSDs with their daily tasks, making them safer and lighter, especially for operators. The ATS (Automatic Transfer System) is an automation system for loading, unloading, and transport procedures. It optimizes the workflow and dramatically reduces the risks associated with manual loading and unloading.
M-ATS Self-Driving Robot
M-ATS is a self-driving robot able to move high volumes of sterilization containers without direct human control and handling. Unlike more traditional manual and automated systems, this specific robot drastically reduces the number of conveyors and trolleys needed in loading and unloading areas, with practical benefits in operator productivity.

Flexible Solutions
The various models of the series feature vertically or horizontally sliding doors for an easy loading process. The chamber sizes range from 322 to 1538 liters / 11.37 to 54.31 cu ft to give customers the opportunity to choose the solution that best fits their needs.
Process Quality Focus
A series of advanced process safety and quality features is available upon request, such as: NCG Sensor to monitor non-condensable gases; 4D Sensor to monitor steam penetration; a direct steam injection into gaskets, jacket, and chamber; a high-efficiency heat transfer jacket system; or the built-in degassing device.
Optimized Process Speed
The two-stage water-ring vacuum pump ensures faster processes and perfectly matches the chamber size. Thanks to additional Eco options, process times can be further shortened and water consumption reduced.
Ergonomics
Fixed or adjustable height transport trolleys are available to ease the loading/unloading procedures and ergonomically assist the operators.
Increased Connectivity
Depending on the needs of the CSSD, the machine can be connected to different software solutions to monitor and store cycle and/or instrument data. An Ethernet port for network communication is available as standard.
7" or 10" Intuitive HMI
A 7″ or 10″ intuitive touch-screen control panel supports operators in every step of their interaction. Hands-free cycle programs selection is available via a barcode scanner.

NCG Sensor
NCG Sensor is the revolutionary sensor that implements automated and constant monitoring of non-condensable gases during every steam sterilization process. NCG Sensor is much more than a test, as it is an integrated independent and always active control system, unique in the market. For the duration of each cycle, it measures the percentage of non-condensable gases, ensuring recordable measurable and reproducible processes in real-time, in full compliance with EN 285:2015. Process automation, maximum efficiency, and reliable results.

Our 4D sensor is a breakthrough innovation in steam sterilization monitoring: steam penetration is continuously proven, monitored, and registered in real-time during the sterilization plateau. It is currently the only commercially available instrument that ensures the control of sterilization conditions as required by regulations such as EN 285: 2015 and ISO 17665-1:2006 clause 10.1.
