Devices

The sterile area in a CSSD is responsible for ensuring that sterile supplies are readily available, properly packaged, and safe for use in healthcare procedures.

To help to reprocess sets and instruments correctly, it is necessary to undergo an automatic sterilization process through dedicated equipment, which must be periodically maintained and checked.

Low-temp Sterilization

Low temperature sterilization is typically used in the reprocessing of heat-sensitive or moisture-intolerant surgical equipment and supplies, which cannot be sterilized using more traditional methods.
With a maximum temperature of 50-55°C / 122-131°F and exposure to the sterilizing agent split into 4 separate pulses, our PL Series of low-temperature sterilizers is perfect even for the most delicate instruments.

High-temp Sterilization

Designed to sterilize all those instruments that are moisture- and heat-tolerant, SteelcoBelimed comprehensive selection of steam sterilizers meets the needs of every facility, from the smallest clinic to the largest CSSD.
It defines a new standard in quality, ergonomics, and safety thanks to leading-edge technologies and top-quality design. It results in high productivity and cost-efficiency.

Checking sterilization status

Regardless of the brand of washers, ultrasound units, sterilizers, or endoscope reprocessors, it is essential that your equipment is properly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized according to international and local standards. The correct sterilization of instruments and sets depends on both the right checks and periodic maintenance. SteelcoBelimed offers solutions to both these needs thanks to a wide range of process indicators and a dedicated after-sales service.
To encourage sustainability, our products are lead and toxic-heavy-metal free and their packaging is reduced to a minimum.

Thanks to our 4D Sensor and NCG Sensor, two innovative technologies, it is possible to measure the physical parameters of every sterilization process.
