SteelcoBelimed Signs Agreement with SolidToo to Acquire and Further Develop NCG Sensor Technology

SteelcoBelimed is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with SolidToo for the acquisition of the NCG Sensor technology, marking an important step in the company’s strategy to expand its portfolio of innovative solutions for sterilization process monitoring and data-driven compliance.
Under the agreement, SteelcoBelimed will take over the research and development, production, sales, and future evolution of the NCG Sensor system. The acquisition includes the product’s intellectual property, further strengthening SteelcoBelimed’s capabilities in sterilization technology and process control.
The NCG Sensor is an advanced monitoring solution designed to measure and analyze non-condensable gases (NCGs) in steam sterilizers. By providing precise, real-time data, the system helps healthcare facilities monitor process parameters, support compliance efforts, and gain deeper insight into steam quality. The technology supports compliance with international sterilization standards, enhances patient safety, improves process transparency, and helps reduce operating costs through automated monitoring and documentation.
Today, the NCG Sensor is available as a standalone solution compatible with sterilizers from any manufacturer, offering flexibility for facilities seeking to monitor steam quality across their installed base.
The company plans to connect NCG Sensor data with its SmartHub digital ecosystem, enabling users to access monitoring results, reports, and performance insights through a centralized platform.
