Flexible Loading System
Flexible Loading System allows the preparation of instruments in single modules and facilitates the loading of the trolley, improving security and ergonomics. The same wash cart can be configured with different modules according to the load to reprocess. Applications are many and include dental and maternity departments’ instruments. Wash Cart Recognition
RFID or magnetic scanning of the modules select the optimal cleaning and disinfection cycle from the washer’s stored-program database, choosing the best program to ensure maximum cleaning and disinfection efficacy whilst reducing cycle time, water usage and energy consumption.
RFID scanning is available on PWD 86 Series.
Magnetic scanning is available on DS and TW Series.
Removable Levels
Depending on the device in which they are to be used, Flexible Loading System wash carts can be equipped with removable levels for OR/trays with connections for injection modules. Modules dedicated to instruments of different surgical specialties can be easily inserted into a base wash rack.
