Washer Disinfectors - up to 18 DIN Trays
DS 1000 is a single-chamber thermal washer disinfector designed for use in CSSDs. Available in single- or double-door versions, it can be configured in two ways: with lateral control panel as usual, or with a narrow structure that allows to install a higher number of machines in the same footprint.
Thanks to up to 3 optional pre-heating tanks and different heating systems – electrical, steam, or hybrid – it is possible to speed up cycle times and increase efficiency. The hybrid configuration of DS 1000 allows to switch from steam to electrical heating whenever needed. The Series offers even more optional features to speed up cycle times and further reduce utility consumption.

Fast Cycle Concept
By using up to 3 pre-heating tanks for demineralized (DI) water and washing water, it is possible to obtain several advantages, among which are:
- reduced cycle times
- reduced water consumption
- reduced energy consumption.
Automatic Rack Recognition
Thanks to the automatic rack recognition system operated with magnets or barcodes (optional), all machine parameters and washing cycles are optimized, workflow is easier, and all human-error-related risks are drastically reduced.
Washing Quality
High-quality stainless steel AISI 316 washing chamber and washing arms.
Low friction bearings ease washing arms rotation for improved efficiency in water and air distribution. In addition, the spray arms are easily removable, and a sump with rounded edges avoids dirt deposit and bacterial growth.
Controls for the continuous monitoring of the washing, rinsing, and thermal disinfection phases are available via pressure monitoring devices and washing arm rotation sensors.
M-ATS Self-Driving Robot Transfer System
The natural evolution of the ATS system: a self-driving shuttle that takes care of managing the logistics of washing racks within the CSSD on a broader scale, not limited to just loading/unloading the washer disinfectors.
Dedicated Loading Solutions
A full range of transfer trolleys, loading / unloading conveyors, and pass-through hatches or windows is available to match your perfect workflow layout. Automatic conveyors can be provided with integrated drawer for canisters up to 4×10 liters capacity.

In case a reduced electrical power is needed, it is possible to install the power manager on the device to automatically limit the maximum power of the machine.
7" Intuitive HMI
A PLC control system with a user-friendly 7″ colour touch-screen HMI panel constantly monitors and displays the current cycle status and alarms, with possibility to memorize up to 65 cycle programs.
Active Water Coupling System
Hydraulic circuit connection system between washer and rack provides a watertight joint for more efficient cleaning and uniform disinfection temperature coverage.
Drying Efficacy
Built-in HEPA H14 filtered forced air drying system ensuring the complete internal and external drying of all the glassware. Adjustable time and temperature settings for the optimization of cycle duration and energy consumption.
