TW 3000/2 Smart Tunnel
Double-Chamber Washer Disinfector
The TW 3000/2 is a fully automatic, double-chamber washer-disinfector with high throughput and a compact footprint. It performs washing/thermal disinfection in the first chamber and forced-air drying in the second. Thanks to its two separate chambers and three preheating tanks (standard), the TW 3000/2 combines high productivity with minimal footprint.
Each load, i.e., each individual washing cart, is treated according to the program assigned by the operator—or automatically recognized by the unit—completely independently of the previous or next load. This process prevents accumulation in the dirty area where similar loads typically await the next reprocessing stage.

Water Recycling
Circuits dedicated to the recovery of demineralized (DI) water inside the pre-heating tanks allow for water and energy savings. To increase utility savings even more, the water used by the steam condenser can be recovered inside the DI tank.
Automatic Rack Recognition
Thanks to the automatic rack recognition via magnets (standard) or barcodes (optional), all device parameters and washing cycles are optimized, workflow is simplified, and human-error risks is drastically reduced.
Washing Quality
High-quality stainless steel AISI 316 washing chamber and washing arms. Low friction bearings ease washing arms rotation for improved efficiency in water and air distribution. In addition, the spray arms are easily removable, and a sump with rounded edges avoids dirt deposit and bacterial growth.
Controls for the continuous monitoring of the washing, rinsing, and thermal disinfection phases are available via pressure monitoring devices and washing arm rotation sensors.
M-ATS Self-Driving Robot Transfer System
The natural evolution of the ATS system: a self-driving shuttle that takes care of managing the logistics of washing racks within the CSSD on a broader scale, not limited to just loading/unloading the washer disinfectors.

The TW 3000/2 washer-disinfector can be integrated with ATS Automatic Transfer System, an automatic shuttle assisting the operator during loading, unloading, and transport procedures. Specially designed for processing departments where time and space are at a premium, it is highly flexible and modular. The perfect solution for optimal workflow regardless of your facility’s size.
Dedicated Loading Solutions
A full range of transfer trolleys, loading / unloading conveyors, and pass-through hatches or windows is available to match your perfect workflow layout. Automatic conveyors can be provided with integrated drawer for canisters up to 4×10 liters capacity.

A PLC control system with a user-friendly 7″ colour touch-screen HMI panel constantly monitors and displays the current cycle status and alarms, with possibility to memorize up to 65 cycle programs.
Humidity Sensor
Optimize your drying times by monitoring humidity levels inside the chamber. The cycle stops as soon as the load is completely dried, even if timeout is not reached.
Drying Efficacy
An efficient system – carefully and evenly distributing air on all chamber zones and washing rack levels – ensures perfect drying of all instruments and tubes with HEPA H14 filtered air injection.
