Specially developed for the PL Series of low-temperature sterilizers, the SteelcoPro PL sterilants guarantee safety and traceability. Thanks to their RFID-identifier, information on production batch, expiry date, and H2O2 quantity can be retrieved. This prevents the cartridge’s reuse, incorrect re-filling, or use after the expiry date.
Their “poka-yoke” design makes the cartridge’s loading on the machine easy and error-proof.
Designed as a packaging solution for low-temperature sterilization applications, our Tyvek® Sterilization Reels are a microbial barrier system ensuring the sterility of the medical devices that are packed, to be maintained safely until the time of use. Available in a range of standard sizes, these reels meet the Medical Industry’s requirement for high quality, hygiene and safety levels.

Sustainability
Once the cycle ends, the cartridge is completely empty and clean. This allows operators to dispose it as normal waste rather than in special containers.
RFID-Identified Cartridge
The cartridge is equipped with an RFID identifier providing information on production batch, expiry date, and H2O2 quantity. It prevents the cartridge’s reuse, incorrect re-filling, or use after the expiry date.
Reduced Chemical Waste
The single-use cartridge avoids any waste due to the short expiry time of the sterilant after loading in the machine.
