Loading Accessories

This automatic system consists of shuttles that move along the washing barrier and are fed by conveyor/storage systems. It can be used in both soiled and clean areas and allows for autonomous handling and distribution of wash racks, thus optimizing reprocessing time and allowing operators to undertake other task.

A wide range of trolleys and conveyors optimizes workflow and loading/unloading procedures, thus increasing productivity.
Hatches, available with single or double door, ensure safety by separating the soiled and clean areas of the CSSD.
Daily tasks become easier thanks to automation integrations, among which is our centralized chemical dispensing system.

Rack are recognised automatically via magnets or barcodes. All device parameters and washing cycles are automatically selected to optimize workflow and reduce any risk of human error.

Fixed- and removable-levels wash racks are available to reprocess DIN / SPRI trays. In some of these standard racks, special inserts can be added to suit the reprocessing of containers, ophthalmic instruments, MIS instruments, bowls, dental instruments, and OP shoes and clogs.

We provide reprocessing solutions for different brands of robotic surgical instruments with dedicated or modular wash carts. The whole kit used in Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) procedures can be cleaned and disinfected simultaneously in the same cycle.
Specific wash carts are available for da Vinci^® series Si and Xi surgical instruments via dedicated connection kits.

Surgical instruments to be reprocessed can present a challenge for operators. Our Flexible Loading System allows for preparation of instruments in customized modules to assist ergonomic loading and reprocessing.
Washing racks work as basic units that can be equipped with additional modules upon need.
