The PST.2 is a new generation GMP steam sterilizer designed for seamless integration into pharmaceutical production. Its modular platform supports a wide range of applications within a compact footprint. The B‑Touch user interface is built for intuitive, ergonomic operation, while optimized utilities reduce water and energy consumption without compromising compliance or reliability.
Typical loads
Suitable for sterilization of a wide range of items, including:
The PST.2 is a single modular platform that can be configured for several sterilization processes suitable for specific applications and load types: saturated steam with or without jacket cooling, or steam-and-air mixture.
The B-Touch interface is structured around operator roles, so the information you need is always in focus and key actions are reachable within two clicks.
The equipment is manufactured with proven, globally available, industry-standard components rather than proprietary parts. Original spare parts can be sourced through SteelcoBelimed with appropriate documentation and traceability or directly from original manufacturers.
Steam sterilization
Designed for solid and porous products, as well as liquids in open or vented containers, it features a vacuum system.
Typical loads
Steam sterilization with jacket cooling
Equipped with jacket cooling, this class is intended solid and porous products as well as for liquids in open or vented containers. It ensures gentle, uniform cooling and keeps overall cycle time short. Support pressure is provided for sterilization of liquids.
Typical loads
Steam-and-air mixture sterilization
A steam–air mixture process with the shortest possible processing time for liquids in open or closed, flexible or rigid, containers. Featuring a fan, baffle plates and chamber cooling coils. It maintains support pressure to prevent deformation and is suitable for dense or heat-sensitive loads.
Typical loads
SteelcoBelimed equipment for pharmaceutical applications is designed and manufactured in accordance with cGMP principles and within an ISO 9001–certified quality system. All systems are developed to meet applicable international pharmaceutical regulations (FDA, EU GMP), as well as relevant electrical, EMC and safety requirements.
