DS Optima

A pre-configured GMP platform designed to shorten lead time from order to FAT. Standardized features and validated options accelerate delivery without compromising GMP compliance or documentation.

Built for sanitary application in regulated environments: fully drainable designs, non-retentive surfaces and 316L stainless steel with a smooth finish. Welds are ground flush and fabrication can be documented in a complete logbook. Process-contact materials with EN 10204 traceability and USP Class VI compliant elastomers.

High flow rate of fluids and rotating spray arms on the top and bottom of the chamber provide uniform coverage of both processed items and the chamber, supporting consistent cleaning and drying results with optimized resource use.

With a 1200-liter chamber, the DS Optima covers most standard pharmaceutical applications while maintaining a compact footprint of 2200 × 1150 mm. Smart integration of the sliding chemical tray and electrical cabinet improves ergonomics and simplifies maintenance.

For routine operations, sampling valves are grouped together and detergent containers are placed in a sliding drawer. For maintenance, all components are accessible from the loading side and the integrated electrical cabinet can slide out of the unit.

The DS Optima features a SCADA with a 15″ color touch-screen and is available with a Siemens or Rockwell PLC. The control system is developed in accordance with GAMP 5 and complies with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
