VS 1 TT
Compact Tabletop Autoclave - 1 STU
VS 1 TT is a compact tabletop steam sterilizer complying to EN 285. It is specially designed for small facilities, with a processing capacity of 1 STU per cycle. Its high-quality AISI 316 L 67.5 liters / 23.84″ chamber and a complete jacket system allow for even steam and heat distribution for proven and reliable performance. VS 1 TT sterilizer features an automatic, space-saving, horizontal-sliding, stainless steel door.
Thanks to its processing speed and low consumption, it is also ideal for “fast track” sterile processes in larger central sterilization supply departments. The device guarantees versatility, safety, and high performance with the low total life costs of a tabletop unit. The PLC digital microprocessor with a color user-friendly 7″ touch screen HMI allows operators to refine the process and select the sterilization programs.

During the years, we developed some technologies to speed up the sterilization process whilst being compliant to international and local standards. Our fast heating ensures reduced cycle times and avoids cold spots. In addition, the high-performance water-ring vacuum pump guarantees complete air removal and an efficient drying phase.
Small Footprint
VS 1 TT tabletop sterilizer is characterized by a compact design with a reduced footprint. As a result, it can easily overcome architectural limitations, such as door passages or lifts, specially designed for situations where space is at a premium.
Cycle Traceability
VS 1 TT sterilizer is compatible with SmartHub software for management and traceability. Our software solutions instantly display and store your sterilizers’ performance, cycles performed, and consumption. In addition, through SmartHub Flow you can track the localization and status of your sets and instruments through each stage of reprocessing.
Easy Plug & Play Installation
The VS range of small sterilizers, of which VS 1 TT is part, is conceived as “plug and play” devices. There is no need for a compressed-air connection, just an electrical supply, water inlets, and drain.

Safety, Design, and Strength
High-quality AISI 316 L chamber and steam process piping are designed for long-term reliability and steam cleanliness. In addition, the acid-proof stainless steel chambers and piping are fully insulated with CFC-free thermal insulation.
Configurable Shelves Position
Even in small sterilizers, we provide maximum load flexibility by allowing the operator to reposition the load levels of the semi-extractable shelves.
Safety First
The manual door is equipped with a mechanism that keeps the door safely locked during the sterilization process until completion. The units are fitted with a water drip collection tray as standard to prevent any potential water from dripping onto the floor.
Closed Base Cabinet
A closed base cabinet providing an ergonomic loading height of 900 mm is available.
7" User-Friendly HMI
The large 7″ touchscreen control panel supports operators in every step of their interaction with the device with clear and easy-to-understand operation tasks. Cycle programs can also be selected via a barcode scanner.
Small and Sustainable
Our devices are made of easy-to-recycle materials, bought from suppliers that are close to our production facilities. Choices like these allow for higher recycling opportunities and a reduction in our carbon footprint. Moreover, all small sterilizers, given their small nature, have a low utility consumption.
