Steam Sterilizers - 1 or 2 STUs
The small steam sterilizers of the VS Series are intended for small clinics and hospitals. Thanks to their processing speed and low consumption, they also are the ideal device for “fast track” sterile processes in larger central sterilization supply departments (CSSDs).
They feature a high-quality AISI 316 L chamber and a dedicated jacket system, allowing for even steam and heat distribution. The chamber design guarantees excellent performances during the sterilization cycles, optimizing and reducing water and steam consumption.
The small sterilizers of the VS Series are available as single or double door and a processing capacity of 1 or 2 STUs. An AISI 316 L space-saving sliding-down door without weldings offers maximum cleanliness. The PLC digital microprocessor with a color user-friendly 7″ touch screen HMI allows operators to refine the process and select the sterilization programs.

Optimized Process Speed
Our focus is to provide customers with the fastest possible sterilization processes in compliance with international and local standards. The water ring vacuum pump – perfectly matching each device’s chamber size – allows for adequate air removal and faster processes. It also plays a dominant role in the drying phase, making it efficient. Fast heating ensures reduced cycle times and avoids cold spots.
Cycle Traceability
The small sterilizers of the VS series are compatible with SmartHub software for management and traceability. Our software solutions instantly display and store your sterilizers’ performance, cycles performed, and consumption. In addition, through SmartHub Flow you can track the localization and status of your sets and instruments through each stage of reprocessing.
Ethernet Port for network communication. Integrated printer available as an option.
Easy Plug & Play Installation
The small sterilizers of the VS range are conceived as “plug and play” devices. There is no need for a compressed-air connection, just an electrical supply, water inlets, and drain. Thanks to wheels, they can be easily moved during installation and maintenance.

Safety, Design, and Strength
High-quality AISI 316 L chamber and steam process piping are designed for long-term reliability and steam cleanliness. In addition, the acid-proof stainless steel chamber and piping are fully insulated with CFC-free thermal insulation.
Configurable Shelves Position
Even in small sterilizers, we provide maximum load flexibility by allowing the operator to reposition the load levels of the semi-extractable shelves.
Safety First
The manual door is equipped with a mechanism that keeps the door safely locked during the sterilization process until completion. The units are fitted with a water drip collection tray as standard to prevent any potential water from dripping onto the floor.
Modular Capacity
Two models with a processing capacity of 1 or 2 STUs. Shelves position is flexible in order to reprocess different sizes of wrapped trays.
Small Footprint
The small-capacity sterilizers of the VS Series are compact and designed to overcome architectural limitations such as door passages or lifts. Being provided with wheels, they can be easily maneuvered into position.
7" Intuitive HMI
The large 7″ touch-screen control panel supports operators in every step of their interaction with the device with straightforward and easy-to-understand operation tasks. Cycle programs can also be selected via a barcode scanner.
