With downward-sliding glass doors and detergent containers on sliding trays, the PH 810 packs GMP washing capacity into minimal floor space. The result is practical loading, straightforward servicing and an excellent capacity-to-footprint ratio, even in tight areas.

Pulsation rinsing
Compressed-air pulsation creates strong rinse bursts with less water. It also reduces peak demand on the loop, helping stabilize supply when utilities are constrained.
Intuitive operation
A touch HMI keeps key actions and alarms in focus with structured navigation, audit trail and trend views. Developed according to GAMP 5 and compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11 expectations.

Fully drainable surfaces, process-contact materials and finish for pharma use and full documentation for qualification in sterile environments.
Gravimetric chemical dosing
Weight-based dosing maintains accuracy across viscosity changes, helping deliver consistent concentration without flowmeter drift.
Load-adaptive cycle
The washer adjusts cycle parameters to the load, reducing water, detergent and energy use while maintaining cleaning performance and supporting qualification.
Prevention of room cross-contamination
Despite its compact footprint, the PH 810 can be installed between rooms of different classifications, in pass-through or single-door layouts. An optional Air Differential Seal helps maintain separation and prevent cross-contamination between areas.
